Wolverhampton Wanderers are reportedly among a number of clubs who are interested in signing Genk forward Paul Onuachu.
Despite expectations that widespread changes would be made to the first-team squad, Wolves are yet to make a single addition ahead of 2022-23.
Furthermore, it was claimed this week that Fabio Silva - the current backup to Raul Jimenez - would almost certainly be departing Molineux to link up with Anderlecht on a season-long loan deal.
Should that exit materialise, Wolves will be light for central-attacking options at a time when they are looking to bounce back from two hugely disappointing seasons in front of goal.
However, according to PUNCH Sport Extra, Wolves are taking an interest in signing Onuachu over the coming weeks.

The 28-year-old has enjoyed a free-scoring three years at Genk, contributing 68 goals and 10 assists from just 112 appearances in all competitions.
His standout campaign was in 2021-22, the Nigeria international netting 35 times during Genk's domestic fixtures to further enhance his reputation.
Onuachu earned his transfer to the Belgian outfit through his performances in Denmark for FC Midtjylland, where he scored 74 times in 181 outings.
Despite Onuachu's obvious importance to Genk, the report says that the Blauw-Wit are prepared to cash in on Onuachu for €18m (£15.2m) this summer.

Wolves are seemingly one of the frontrunners to sign the 6ft 7ins striker, who is said to prefer a transfer to the Premier League or La Liga.
However, Bruno Lage's side have also been heavily linked with an approach for Benfica's Goncalo Ramos, a player who their Portuguese head coach knows from his stint at Estadio da Luz.
Five other high-profile European clubs have also been credited as admirers of Onuachu, including Spanish giants Atletico Madrid.
Lazio and Fiorentina are said to be options in Serie A, with Bundesliga outfit Bayer Leverkusen and Turkish side Besiktas also in the running.
Onuachu, who has netted three times in 16 appearances for Nigeria, has two years remaining on his contract.
