Barcelona have reportedly made contact with Donyell Malen's agent Mino Raiola about a January move for the PSV Eindhoven and Netherlands forward.
Malen is reportedly seen as a potential replacement for the 32-year-old striker Luis Suarez and has scored 10 goals in 12 Eredivisie appearances so far this season.
According to a report in Spain, Barcelona have made contact with Raiola about a potential deal, with Malen thought to be valued at around £35m by PSV.
The reports add that Barcelona want Malen to join in January to help him acclimatise to the club and play back-up to Suarez while he gets up to speed.
Malen is just 20 years old and made his debut for Jong PSV in 2017, having joined from Arsenal that season.
The youngster already has 27 goals for the PSV senior team and scored his first international goal for the Netherlands in a 4-2 win over Germany in September this year.
