Birmingham City full-back Jonathan Spector has expressed his confidence that his team will start picking up positive results.
The Blues have begun life under new manager Lee Clark slowly and as a result currently find themselves 19th in the Championship table.
However, American defender Spector believes that his side have shown enough in recent clashes with Bristol City and Blackburn Rovers to suggest that they are ready to turn the corner.
"I think we all knew we'd turn the corner and start getting the results we want, that we need, to move up the table and ultimately attain promotion," said Spector. "It's taken a little longer than we hoped but we have always been confident in our ability to do so and I think we're there now.
"Obviously with the draw and the result from last Tuesday, that's two decent results and they were important for us.
"We always knew the results would come and I think we are on the right track. "We have to make sure we are consistent."
Spector joined Birmingham last year from West Ham United.
