Paul Caddis starts in defence in place of the injured Neal Eardley, who suffered a dislocated shoulder in the Blues' 1-1 draw with Ipswich.

Andrew Shinnie drops to the bench as City manager Gary Rowett selects on-loan Arsenal player Jon Toral in midfield.
