Eddie Howe: 'There is still more to come from Bournemouth'

Eddie Howe believes that there is still more to come from Borunemouth following the win over Blackburn Rovers on Wednesday.

Eddie Howe has insisted that there is still more to come from his Bournemouth side following the 1-0 victory over Blackburn Rovers on Wednesday.

Bournemouth climbed to 12th in the Championship thanks to the result at Ewood Park, but Howe believes that his players have played better this season.

"I think we've played better than that," Howe told journalists in his post-match press conference. "At times in the first half we gave the ball away under little pressure and I felt we were close to totally dominating the game first half without ever having the cutting edge that we needed and turning our dominance into goals.

"But we're still building, there's still more to come from this team and I think that's our next challenge."

The Cherries will be targeting a fourth successive when they face Middlesbrough on Saturday.
