Preview: Brighton & Hove Albion vs. Rotherham United

Sports Mole previews the Championship clash between struggling Brighton & Hove Albion and Rotherham United.

Brighton & Hove Albion will be looking to end a nine-match run without a win when they host Rotherham United in the Championship on Saturday afternoon.

Sami Hyypia's men have drawn five of their last six outings, including their 1-1 stalemate at Huddersfield Town earlier this week, leaving them 20th in the table, just a point clear of the relegation zone.

The Seagulls will be missing Kazenga LuaLua for this match after the striker was sent off against Huddersfield for picking up two yellow cards.

With Brighton having only taken the lead in two of their matches so far this campaign, Lewis Dunk has urged his teammates to focus on scoring first to boost their chances of ending their two-month winless streak.

Meanwhile, Rotherham come into this match on the back of a four-match unbeaten run, which has seen them climb up to 14th in the table.

Steve Evans's side played out a thrilling 3-3 draw with Fulham earlier this week, leaving them with eight points from their last four outings.

Matt Derbyshire came through 90 minutes unscathed with the reserves earlier this week and made a brief appearance against Fulham, so could be in line for a return to the starting lineup.

There are no fresh injury worries for the Millers, but on-loan striker Luciano Becchio remains sidelined with an ankle injury.

This will be the first meeting between these two sides since 2007, when the sides played out a goalless draw.
