Republic of Ireland defender Darren O'Dea missed Monday's training season with a thigh strain.
The 25-year-old will be rested for Tuesday's match against a local team from Italy, but boss Giovanni Trapattoni has confirmed that the injury is not serious.
"He has a little bit of pain. He wished to make training but we advised him to stay quiet. It is no problem. He wants to do training but it is better that he rests, so tomorrow he will not play," he told reporters.
Euro 2012 begins on June 8.
