Daniel Sturridge has insisted that under-fire Chelsea manager Andre Villas-Boas has the support of the Blues players.
Reports have suggested that Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich is ready to sack the 34-year-old, who has endured the worst league start to a season since the Russian billionaire's takeover in 2003.
However, recently-capped England striker Sturridge has revealed Villas-Boas has the full backing of the playing squad.
"The manager's approach is great. The attacking style he's trying to implement in the squad, it does work," said the 22-year-old.
"We know he'll be the manager for the next three years. We're not worried about any other manager coming in because we know he's going to be here for those three years."
Sturridge starred in Chelsea's 3-0 victory over Newcastle on Saturday.
