Midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko will not leave AC Milan to return to parent club Chelsea in January, according to the Frenchman's agent.

Agent Federico Pastorello has dismissed suggestions that Tiemoue Bakayoko could return to Chelsea in January.

Bakayoko is currently on a season-long loan spell at AC Milan, but reports have claimed that the Italian giants have been left unimpressed by the Frenchman's start to life at San Siro.

However, the 24-year-old's representative has claimed that all parties are satisfied with the current situation and that Bakayoko will remain with the Serie A side.

Pastorello told Calciomercato: "Bakayoko is happy at AC Milan and the club is happy with what he is doing.

"We knew he would take time to adapt, but everybody believes that he will help the team during the season. Any speculation about his return to Chelsea is simply untrue."

Bakayoko has made just four substitute outings in Serie A and two starts in the Europa League.
