Bayern Munich prepare offer for David Luiz?

Bayern Munich will attempt to win the race to sign David Luiz by offering £25m for the Chelsea defender, according to reports.

Bayern Munich have reportedly made plans to offer Chelsea £25m for David Luiz this summer.

Luiz has been repeatedly linked with a move away from Stamford Bridge in recent months, with Barcelona reported to be one of a number of clubs keen to sign the Brazilian.

Bayern are believed to be eager to beat their rivals to his signature by making an official offer in the near future.

According to the Daily Mail, a number of Barcelona officials are unsure whether Luiz should be targeted in the summer, which could help Bayern head coach Pep Guardiola in securing his services.

Talks over a possible move could be delayed until after Luiz is finished at the World Cup with Brazil.
