The Nigeria international has scored three times and contributed two assists in 16 La Liga appearances for the Yellow Submarine this term, while he netted 10 goals in all competitions during the 2018-19 campaign.
Chukwueze, who was linked with both Liverpool and Manchester City earlier this year, has a contract with Villarreal until the summer of 2023.
