Scott Dann: 'Crystal Palace confident ahead of Everton clash'

Crystal Palace defender Scott Dann admits that his side are full of confidence ahead of their trip to Everton as they look for the third win on the bounce at Goodison Park.

Crystal Palace defender Scott Dann has revealed that he and his teammates are confident ahead of their Premier League clash against Everton.

The Eagles have won on their previous two trips to face the Toffees, and Dann believes that his side's good form on the road this season has given them belief that they can extend their winning run at Goodison Park.

He told the club's official website: "We've got a strong record up there, and over the last couple of years we've enjoyed some good victories.

"I think the way we play away from home gives us a chance to make it three away wins in a row, so we're looking forward to Monday night. We've had a tough run of games up until this point, but the way we've played away from home against the big teams shows us that we can get results.

"I think we can be happy with where we are in the league. The past two seasons we haven't started so well and have then come strong at the end of the season, so if we can build on what we've done already then hopefully we can be pushing teams like Everton come the end."

Palace are eighth in the Premier League ahead of their clash against Roberto Martinez's men.
