Crystal Palace are reportedly prepared to make a second bid for Brighton & Hove Albion midfielder Liam Bridcutt.
The Eagles failed with a first offer for the former Chelsea player earlier today, which was believed to be in the region of £1.75m.
However, manager Ian Holloway has retained his interest in the 24-year-old and could submit another proposal to the Seagulls over the coming hours, according to the Daily Mail.
It is believed that Palace also made an offer for Brighton striker Leonardo Ulloa, but another bid for the Argentine is unlikely.
What's more, if Holloway's pursuit of Bridcutt fails, it has been claimed that he could turn his attention to Chelsea's Nathaniel Chalobah.
