Everton could move for Inter Milan attacker Joao Mario this summer, according to a report.

Everton are reportedly considering a move for Inter Milan attacker Joao Mario in this summer's transfer window.

Mario spent the second half of last season on loan at West Ham United, and scored twice in 13 Premier League appearances for the Hammers.

The 25-year-old is now back with parent club Inter, although it is thought that the Italian giants are keen to sell the Portuguese ahead of the 2017-18 campaign.

According to Tuttomercato, Inter want £26m for Mario this summer, and Everton are considering an approach as new Toffees boss Marco Silva looks to put together a squad capable of challenging the top six in the Premier League next season.

Mario played four times for Portugal in their run to the last-16 stage of the 2018 World Cup.
