Preview: Hull City vs. Southampton

Sports Mole looks ahead to Southampton's trip to the KC Stadium to take on Hull City tomorrow night.

Hull City claimed a much-needed 2-0 victory last time out away at Sunderland.

The Tigers had not previously won since the end of December, which had resulted in them dropping down towards relegation trouble.

However, with Southampton due to visit the KC Stadium tomorrow evening, four points separate the Tigers and the Premier League drop zone.

They will take on the Saints with a near fully fit squad, although defenders James Chester and James Dudgeon are sidelined with hamstring and knee complaints respectively.

Elsewhere, having both scored against Sunderland, January signings Shane Long and Nikica Jelavic are expected to continue their partnership up front.

As for the visitors, ankle problems have ruled out Gaston Ramirez and Dejan Lovren, but Victor Wanyama is in line for his first start since returning from injury.

Hull have only won one of their last 15 meetings in all competitions with Southampton.
