Team News: Andy Carroll on West Ham United bench for trip to Leicester City

Andy Carroll is named on the West Ham United bench for Saturday's Premier League encounter with Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.

Andy Carroll has been named on the West Ham United bench for Saturday's Premier League encounter with Leicester City at the King Power Stadium.

The striker was sent home from training earlier this week and was then fined for leaving the bench early in the 4-1 defeat against Manchester City but has since cleared the air with David Moyes.

The Hammers boss has made two changes, Patrice Evra and Edimilson Fernandes dropping out of the XI and Joao Mario and Arthur Masuaku coming into the side.

Leicester boss Claude Puel, meanwhile, has made five changes to his starting lineup, having to pick from a squad depleted by injuries.

Marc Albrighton, Ben Chilwell, Wilfred Ndidi, Demarai Gray and Kelechi Iheanacho drop out of the side while Christian Fuchs, Yohan Benalouane, Adrien Silva, Vicente Iborra and Fousseni Diabate take their places.

Development squad regulars George Thomas and Sam Hughes, both 21, make the bench and could be in line to make their senior debuts for the Foxes.

Leicester City: Hamer; Benalouane, Morgan, Maguire, Fuchs; Choudhury, Iborra, Silva, Mahrez; Diabate, Vardy
Subs: Jakupovic, Dragovic, Barnes, Hughes, Gray, Thomas, Iheanacho

West Ham United: Adrian; Ogbonna, Zabaleta, Rice, Cresswell; Kouyate, Noble, Mario, Masuaku; Lanzini, Arnautovic
Subs: Trott, Carroll, Hugill, Obiang, Evra, Fernandes, Cullen
