Liverpool midfielder Jordan Henderson has suggested that he is excited to take on the challenge of going head-to-head with Roma's Daniele De Rossi.
On Tuesday night, the two clubs meet in the first leg of the Champions League semi-finals and much of the talk ahead of the fixture at Anfield has revolved around Mohamed Salah.
However, Henderson has praised the influence of De Rossi, who has made 92 appearances in Europe with the Italian giants.
At a press conference, the 27-year-old told reporters: "Fantastic player. Fantastic leader. A huge player and he is used to this sort of game and the size of it.
"I feel as though we have experience in the team too, maybe not as much as him but I feel we're ready for the challenge. It is one we'll look forward to taking on."
In comparison, Henderson has featured on 30 occasions for Liverpool in Europe.
