Kolo Toure is deputising for Martin Skrtel, who is ill, while Joe Allen has slotted into midfield to give a rest to Emre Can.
The fourth and final change made by Jurgen Klopp sees Adam Lallana drop to the bench as Christian Benteke is awarded a start.
