Enrique: We need to improve home form

Liverpool's Jose Enrique thinks that the Merseyside club need to be more threatening at Anfield in order to reach fourth spot.

Liverpool full-back Jose Enrique believes that the Reds need to pick up more points on home turf in order to reach a Champions League spot this season.

The Merseyside club are currently four points adrift of a well-coveted fourth spot and have only secured four victories from their last 12 fixtures at Anfield.

"We have to win more games at home," said Enrique. "It is hard to beat Manchester United at home, but against teams like Blackburn and Swansea at home we need to win the points."

Liverpool switch their attention to the FA Cup fifth round as they prepare to take on Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday.
