Liverpool will reportedly refuse to entertain any offers for Mohamed Salah this summer.

Liverpool will reportedly not be tempted by any bids for their star player Mohamed Salah this summer.

The Egyptian international has been a revelation at Anfield since his move to the club from Roma before the start of the season.

Salah failed to cut it at Chelsea during a two-year spell, but he has become a key figure at Liverpool having scored 36 goals in all competitions, four of which came in last weekend's 5-0 rout over Watford.

The 25-year-old could attract interest from Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid this summer, but according to The Telegraph, Liverpool will resist all offers as they are in a strong position to keep hold of Salah.

The report claims that the Merseyside side outfit are comfortable financially and are determined to make sure that the club is a destination for top players rather than a stopgap until a European giant comes along.

Reports have emerged claiming that interested parties could be willing to make Salah the most expensive footballer on the planet with bids in excess of £200m.

The Reds lost Philippe Coutinho to Barcelona in the January transfer window after initially fending off interest in the summer.
