Sergio Aguero insists that the Manchester City squad will be doing all they can to win the Premier League title this season.

Sergio Aguero has vowed that he and his Manchester City teammates will fight for the Premier League title with rivals Manchester United.

With just eight matches remaining, City currently trail leaders United by three points at the top of the Premier League table.

Despite the numerical disadvantage, 23-year-old Aguero is confident that the City squad have what it takes to bridge the gap.

"Why wait until next season if we can win it now?" Aguero told the club's official website.

"I can promise you that we'll be fighting until the very end. We all want to make it and though it won't be easy, we believe we can win the Premier League this season.

"Winning titles is about never giving up and we will never give up. I want to win it this season and then many more with City after that."

Aguero has scored 24 goals in all competitions this season.
