The trial of Manchester City centre-forward Carlos Tevez on a driving offence has been adjourned for seven days.
The 27-year-old has been accused of failing to reveal the identity of the driver of his Bentley Continental car, which was allegedly registered doing 38mph in a 30pmh zone in Stretford on Saturday, February 12 of this year.
Tevez, who has pleaded not guilty to the charge, did not attend the hearing at Oldham Magistrates' Court.
Proceedings have been adjourned until Wednesday, September 21.
