Preview: Southampton vs. Manchester City

Sports Mole previews Manchester City's Premier League trip to Southampton on Saturday.

Only a win will do for champions Manchester City on Saturday when they make the trip to Southampton in the Premier League.

Roberto Mancini's side slipped nine points behind leaders Manchester United last weekend following their 2-2 draw with Liverpool.

Meanwhile, the Saints come into the match just three points above the relegation zone with one win in their last nine league matches.

Nathaniel Clyne, Luke Shaw, and Gaston Ramirez are all expected to undergo late fitness tests for the hosts, while Emmanuel Mayuka is available after Africa Cup of Nations duty.

City should welcome back Yaya Toure following his participation in South Africa, but captain Vincent Kompany remains a doubt with a calf strain.
