Manchester City manager Manuel Pellegrini has been linked with a return to his former club Malaga for Argentinian goalkeeper Willy Caballero.
First-choice stopper Joe Hart has come under increasing pressure in recent weeks as he struggles to recapture the form that helped City win the title in 2012.
According to talkSPORT, the Chilean coach is weighing up a January swoop for the 32-year-old Caballero, whom he signed from Elche when in charge of the Andalusian club in 2011.
The Citizens are also thought to be monitoring Iker Casillas as he continues to watch from the sidelines as Real Madrid.
