Samir Nasri wants to stay at Manchester City amid reports claiming that he will join Paris Saint-Germain this summer.

Samir Nasri has dismissed reports that have linked him with a switch to Paris Saint-Germain by insisting that he would like to stay at Manchester City.

Recent speculation had suggested that the French international has decided to return to his homeland, with champions PSG the most likely destination.

However, the 25-year-old has described the story as "just a rumour".

"Next year I'm staying in Manchester. PSG is just a rumour. Nobody contacted me," he told Telefoot.

Nasri joined City from fellow Premier League side Arsenal in 2011.
