Fabio Capello has said that Tom Cleverley and Phil Jones will play in England's next friendly against Spain in November.
The Manchester United pair were included in the recent squad for the Euro 2012 qualifiers against Bulgaria and Wales, but did not make it onto the pitch.
"They will play in the next friendly games," said the Italian. "They will play. Possibly in a really short time.
"Good players don't have an age. The quality of these players is more important. If we qualify, it will be an important chance for these players to play."
Cleverley was recently ruled out for four weeks after sustaining ligament damage in United's 5-0 win over Bolton Wanderers.
