Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson believes that Roberto Mancini was "wrong" to claim that the Premier League title race is over.
The Manchester City boss stated that his side have relinquished their chances of becoming the new English champions, despite clinching a 4-0 victory over West Bromwich Albion on Wednesday while United stumbled to a 1-0 defeat against Wigan Athletic.
"I think he picked the wrong time to say that," said Ferguson. "There's five games still to go. The twists and turns of the Premier League, it's fascinating."
There are five points separating the two sides with as many games left to play in the season.
