Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard feels that the time he spent with Manchester United from 2003 to 2007 was "priceless".

Everton goalkeeper Tim Howard has admitted that his time with Manchester United was "incredible" and "priceless".

The American spent four years at Old Trafford from 2003 to 2007 although a year of that spell was when he was on loan at the Toffees, prior to his permanent move to Goodison Park.

"There was certainly nothing negative from my perspective and my experience at Manchester United was priceless," Howard told Goal.com. "It was incredible in every way.

"I am a better person and a better goalkeeper because I spent three years there under some amazing tutelage from Alex Ferguson. I learned so much that I can't learn anywhere else and I apply them to my career."

Everton travel to Stamford Bridge to take on Chelsea in their final game of the season.
