Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea 'yet to decide future'

Reports claim that David de Gea is still yet to decide his future as he ponders a new lucrative contract at Manchester United or a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid.

David de Gea is still thought to be weighing up whether to stay at Manchester United or leave for Real Madrid this summer.

Los Blancos seem intent on bringing the goalkeeper back to La Liga as they seek a long-term replacement for faltering number one Iker Casillas.

United are desperate to hang on to the PFA Player of the Year nominee, whose contract at Old Trafford expires at the end of next season, but manager Louis van Gaal has admitted that he is concerned about the lure of Madrid to his Spanish stopper.

Marca this week claimed that De Gea has already agreed terms with the European champions, but Sky Sports News' Spanish football expert Guillem Balague has insisted that nothing has yet been signed.

De Gea is reportedly more tempted by a switch to the Bernabeu than he has previously been as he feels that he could now usurp Casillas as first choice, but he remains happy at United and has been offered a 500% pay rise to stay.
