Manchester United keeping tabs on Julian Draxler?

Manchester United are reportedly keen on signing midfielder Julian Draxler from Schalke in the summer.

Manchester United have joined the race to sign Julian Draxler from Schalke in the summer, according to a report.

The Daily Star claims that the Red Devils checked out the 20-year-old midfielder during his side's Bundesliga clash against Augsburg away from home on Friday.

The Germany international played an important part in the match, helping his side to a 2-1 victory.

Arsenal are also said to be keen on signing the youngster at the end of the season, having had a bid for him rejected in the January transfer window.

Draxler's current contract with Schalke runs until June 2018.
