Manchester United are reportedly prepared to outbid the likes of Manchester City, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain to bring highly-rated teenager Gabriel Jesus to Old Trafford.
Gabriel, 19, has been linked with moves to a number of top-level clubs in this summer's transfer window, although it is understood that Barcelona have pulled out of the race in recent days.
It was thought that Man City were in the driving seat for the Palmeiras forward, but according to Gazeta Deportivo, Man United are willing to offer £29.2m, which trumps their European rivals.
Gabriel, who has scored 14 times in his last 22 appearances in all competitions, claimed earlier this month that he 'intends' to remain at his current club until 2017.
It is understood that Real Madrid are only prepared to offer around the £25m mark for a player that will represent Brazil in the Olympics next month.
