Premier League trio 'alerted to Karim Bellarbi release clause'

Karim Bellarabi could reportedly be available for only £11m, despite signing a new contract at Bayer Leverkusen last week.

Manchester United, Chelsea and Arsenal have reportedly been alerted to an unknown release clause in Karim Bellarabi's contract with Bayer Leverkusen.

The German international, who has impressed for the Bundesliga club since joining from Eintracht Braunschweig in 2011, agreed a new deal with Bayer only last week.

According to The Express, Bellarabi would still welcome a potential transfer to the Premier League, despite committing to Leverkusen until 2020.

It is thought that any interested parties may be able to activate a release clause of £11m to prise the midfielder away from his current club.

Bellarabi made his debut for Germany in the 2-0 defeat against Poland last October.
