Report: Paris Saint-Germain's Edinson Cavani turns down Manchester United move

Paris Saint-Germain star Edinson Cavani reportedly rejects a summer move to Manchester United as he fears that they are on the decline.

Paris Saint-Germain star Edinson Cavani has reportedly decided against making the move to Manchester United at the end of the season.

The Red Devils are believed to have expressed their interest in the Uruguay international a few months ago ahead of a reported transfer splurge in the summer.

However, according to the Daily Star, Cavani believes that United are in decline and does not want to sign for the current Premier League champions, despite the club's plan to offer a reported £280,000-a-week wage packet.

Cavani, who left Napoli for the Ligue 1 outfit last summer, has previously been linked to both Chelsea and Manchester City.
