Report: Inter Milan want Morgan Schneiderlin

A report claims that Inter Milan will battle Everton for the signature of Manchester United midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin in the January transfer window.

Inter Milan are reportedly prepared to battle Everton for the signature of Manchester United midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin in the January transfer window.

The France international joined the Red Devils from Southampton in the summer of 2015 and made 39 appearances under Louis van Gaal during his first season at Old Trafford.

The 26-year-old has struggled for first-team football this term, however, and it is understood that Red Devils boss Jose Mourinho is prepared to sell the central midfielder at the start of 2017.

Everton have been strongly linked with a move for the France international, but according to Gazzetta dello Sport, Inter want to bring the defensive midfielder to Italian football.

Schneiderlin has only played 11 minutes of Premier League football this season.
