The Football Association has fined both Norwich City and Sunderland £30,000 and warned the two clubs as to their future conduct after an incident in a Premier League match earlier this month.
In the early stages of the contest 10 days ago, players and staff from both clubs got tangled up on the touchline.
An FA statement this afternoon revealed that Sunderland accepted last week's charge, but Norwich contested it.
The Canaries' appeal was in vain, though, as an independent regulatory commission found both clubs guilty of "failing to ensure their players and/or officials conducted themselves in an orderly fashion".
