Zlatan Ibrahimovic to miss Paris Saint-Germain trip to Lille

Paris Saint-Germain will be without striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic as he is rested for his side's trip to Lille in Ligue 1, with the Parisians looking to move into top spot.

Paris Saint-Germain striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic is expected to be rested for his side's trip to Lille in Ligue 1 this evening.

A victory for Laurent Blanc's men would propel them into top spot in the league, but the Parisians are to be without their talismanic striker who will be given a break having played four straight games upon his recent return from injury.

Some positive news does come in the way of young midfielder Marco Veratti, however, who is set to return to the fold following a three-week lay off with a pelvis issue.

PSG are currently locked in a battle to take first position in the French top flight with table-toppers Marseille.
