Gareth Bale tells Real Madrid that he has no intention of leaving the Bernabeu this summer, according to a report.

Gareth Bale has reportedly told Real Madrid that he has no intention of leaving the Bernabeu this summer.

Bale has struggled for form during the 2018-19 campaign, and it has recently been claimed that Los Blancos boss Zinedine Zidane has told the club to sell the attacker this summer.

The 29-year-old still has three years left to run on his contract, though, and picks up huge wages in the Spanish capital.

According to AS, despite Madrid's desire to sell the attacker at the end of the 2018-19 campaign, the Wales international has made it clear that he does not want to leave.

Bale has scored over 100 goals for Madrid since a 2013 move from Tottenham Hotspur, helping the Spanish giants win one La Liga title, one Copa del Rey and four Champions League crowns.

However, a disappointing season has seen the former Southampton youngster net just eight La Liga goals.
