Real Madrid president Florentino Perez has promised that "new, incredible players" will arrive at the Bernabeu before this summer's transfer window closes for business.
Los Blancos have already secured the signature of Alvaro Odriozola from Real Sociedad, but are yet to bring in a replacement for Cristiano Ronaldo, who has moved on to Juventus.
Chelsea's Eden Hazard and Thibaut Courtois have both been linked with moves to Madrid, and Perez has insisted that his club will make signings ahead of the new campaign.
"We are aware of the expectations that this team faces every season," Perez told reporters at the presentation of Odriozola on Wednesday. "We are Real Madrid and we always wants more – this is a winning team which is full of amazing players.
"We have an amazing squad that will be reinforced with new, incredible players."
Madrid will begin their preparations for the new campaign with a pre-season friendly against Manchester United on August 1.
