Republic of Ireland coach Giovanni Trapattoni has sprung no surprises in his team selection for tonight's Euro 2012 Group C encounter with Croatia in Poznan.

The Italian revealed his starting lineup earlier this week, with Shay Given and John O'Shea both passing fitness tests for the match at the Municipal Stadium.

Meanwhile, Croatia boss Slaven Bilic has named Mario Mandzukic in attack alongside Nikica Jelavic after Ivica Olic was ruled out of the tournament through injury.

Vedran Corluka has recovered from a hamstring problem, while Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Luka Modric will be expected to pull the strings in the midfield.

ROI: Given; O'Shea, St Ledger, Dunne, Ward; Duff, Whelan, Andrews, McGeady; Keane, Doyle

Croatia: Pletikosa; Srna, Corluka, Schildenfeld, Strinic; Vukojevic, Rakitic, Modric, Perisic; Mandzukic, Jelavic
