New Tottenham Hotspur recruit Kevin Wimmer has vowed to learn from those around him in order to improve his personal game.
The 22-year-old joined Spurs from FC Koln earlier this summer on a five-year deal.
Despite being a senior Austria international and featuring 72 times during his stint in Germany, Wimmer acknowledges that he still has plenty of learning to do at White Hart Lane.
"For me personally, I'm still a young player so I can learn a lot from people like Danny [Rose], Federico [Fazio] and Kyle [Walker]," he told the club's official website.
"This is very important because they are good players and they're always very calm and focused. It's great to have a chance to play alongside them.
"For my personal development it's very good to train and play every week with guys like that. It helps me a lot."
Wimmer featured for an experimental Spurs side in their 1-0 victory over Reading on Saturday afternoon.
