Kyle Walker convinced Tottenham Hotspur will make top four

Tottenham Hotspur full-back Kyle Walker remains convinced that his side have enough quality to earn a Champions League return this season.

Tottenham Hotspur full-back Kyle Walker has insisted that it is far too early for judgement to be passed against his new-look side, while declaring that he remains confident of earning Champions League qualification.

Spurs have made a strong start to the season but suffered a major setback last weekend, falling to a surprise 3-0 defeat at home to London rivals West Ham United.

He told The Mirror: "It's a bit too early to be talking about where we can be at the end, but if we keep playing to our strengths, then I see no reason why we cannot make the top four.

"We've made a lot of changes to the squad during the summer, but everyone who has come in has fitted in really well within the dressing room, all the lads get along and that really helps.

"We've signed quality throughout the squad and the more we get used to playing as a team, the better we are going to get."

The 23-year-old has been ever-present for Spurs in the Premier League this season, helping his side win four out of seven games to sit sixth in the table.
