Ajax full-back Sergino Dest has reportedly rejected an offer from Bayern Munich as he has his heart set on a move to Barcelona.
The 19-year-old has established himself as a regular member of the Ajax first team this season, making 36 appearances across all competitions while scoring twice and contributing six assists from defence.
Bayern Munich are understood to have identified the youngster as a transfer target for the upcoming window, while Tottenham Hotspur have also been linked with a move.
However, Dutch TV program Veronicainside claim that Dest is holding out for a switch to Barcelona and has already rejected one approach from Bayern in the hope that the Spanish giants enter the race for his signature.
The USA international has only two years remaining on his current contract at Ajax, who are willing to consider selling him should a suitable offer arrive.
