Preview: Swansea City vs. Sunderland

Sports Mole previews the match between Swansea City and Sunderland in the Premier League.

Sunderland head coach Gus Poyet will be eager to begin his tenure at the Stadium of Light with a positive result against Swansea City.

Poyet replaces Paolo Di Canio in the hotseat at the Stadium of Light, with the Black Cats currently bottom of the Premier League table after earning just one point this season.

The former Brighton & Hove Albion boss could opt to recall midfielder Sebastian Larsson, who was introduced as a substitute against Manchester United two weeks ago.

Despite their success in Europe, Swansea have struggled on the domestic front, and manager Michael Laudrup will know that three points are required at the Liberty Stadium.

Captain Ashley Williams is likely to miss out as he continues his recovery from an ankle injury.
