Swansea City have reportedly stepped up their interest in Nottingham Forest defender Chris Gunter.
The Swans have been linked with the 22-year-old in recent weeks, as have fellow Premier League outfit Norwich City, who are also thought to be tracking Gunter.
It is believed that Swansea boss Brendan Rodgers has put forward a bid in the region of £1.8m in an attempt to warn off the Canaries, according to the Daily Star.
The Wales international has been with Forest since 2009.
