The home side hand a start to Gabriel Agbonlahor in attack, with Mark Albrighton also returning to the team.
Meanwhile, West Brom have named Shane Long as their lone forward. Chris Brunt returns to the team, while Zoltan Gera is also handed a start in midfield.
