Andy Carroll sent home from training after bust-up with David Moyes?

Andy Carroll was reportedly instructed to leave West Ham United's training ground on Monday following a falling-out with manager David Moyes.

West Ham United boss David Moyes reportedly ordered striker Andy Carroll home from training on Monday afternoon following an angry confrontation.

Moyes vowed to "deal with" the 29-year-old at the weekend after he disappeared down the tunnel during the Hammers' 4-1 loss to Manchester City.

Carroll returned to the dressing room area after all three of United's subs had been made, angering his manager who has vowed to take a hard-line stance.

According to The Telegraph, the nine-cap England international reported to the club's training base 24 hours after the incident, but he was instructed to leave after a bust-up with Moyes.

West Ham are said to have launched an investigation and will consider fining Carroll, whose future at the London Stadium is looking increasingly unclear.
