Nicklas Bendtner: 'Wolfsburg decision was an easy one'

Wolfsburg's new signing Nicklas Bendtner has revealed that it was an easy decision to agree to join the Bundesliga outfit from Arsenal.

Wolfsburg's new striker Nicklas Bendtner has spoken out about the admiration that he has for the club and the German Bundesliga.

The Denmark striker joined VfL on Friday on a three-year contract and has revealed that it didn't take him long to make up his mind about the move from Arsenal.

"I didn't need long to decide when Wolfsburg approached me," Bendtner told the press at his official unveiling.

"You're just happy when a good club [like Wolfsburg] come up with an offer.

"The Bundesliga is a fantastic league, one that has developed very well in recent years."

Wolfsburg get their Bundesliga campaign underway away at Bayern Munich next weekend.
