Wolverhampton Wanderers head coach Kenny Jackett has admitted that his side are in need of new signings after a poor opening week to the season.
The League One outfit drew 0-0 at Preston North End last weekend, before falling to a surprise defeat to Morecambe in the Capital One Cup, and Jackett has revealed that the club are looking at potential arrivals.
The 51-year-old told the Express & Star: "We're looking to bring players in. We need to add to the squad as we work up towards the end of the transfer window.
"We must bring balance and quality to the squad because we're getting in certain situations and we just need the quality of the final ball or the final finish to be right.
"Sometimes you can't find that from inside the club."
Jackett has signed just one player - defender Sam Ricketts - since his arrival at the club at the end of last season.
