Andy Murray progresses into Munich final

World number three Andy Murray is through to the final of the BMW Open after a straight-sets win over Roberto Bautista Agut.

Andy Murray has recorded a straight-sets win over Roberto Bautista Agut to reach the final of the BMW Open in Munich.

The world number three came through by a 6-4 6-4 scoreline to move through to a match with Philipp Kohlschreiber.

After Friday's washout, Murray and the other quarter-finalists were faced with the prospect of playing two matches on Saturday in order to reach the final.

The British number one had made the last four with a three-set win over Lukas Rosol, and he quickly set about making further progress by taking the opener against Bautista Agut.

After an early break of serve was sealed at the start of the second, Murray was able to come through the remainder of the set to move into Sunday's final.
