Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante reportedly returns to individual training, continuing to show a preference to remaining out of any group sessions.

Chelsea midfielder N'Golo Kante has reportedly returned to individual training.

Ahead of a potential restart to the Premier League, Kante has previously opted to remain absent from the club's facilities due to the coronavirus pandemic.

However, despite choosing to stay clear of any group sessions, The Athletic claims that the World Cup winner is now prepared to attend the club's Cobham training ground.

The report suggests that the France international will initially take apart in individual running sessions, like he did when clubs were first allowed to welcome players back after some restrictions in relation to the ongoing global crisis were lifted.

With Kante citing personal reasons for preferring to train on his own, Chelsea have reiterated that they fully support the decisions taken by the 29-year-old.
